New exercise challenge for June!

2nd week

new post, and yes im starting to slack. between this heat and it being that time of the month i'm feeling extremely weak, but will do my best. total from last post: 6:50/30:00

june 10th

20 min walk

total: 7:10/30:00

june 12th

1 hr, 10 min walk ( 2 seperate walks)

total: 8:20/30:00

june 13th

50 min. walk
10 min crunches.
15 min cardio-pilates
total: 1 hr, 15 min.

total: 9:35/30:00

june 14th

45 min. walk
10 min. crunches
total: 55 min

total: 10:30/30:00

june 15th

45 min. walk
15 min. cardio pilates
10 min. crunches
toal: 1 hr, 10 min.

total: 11:40/30:00

june 17th

45 min. walk
10 min. crunches
total: 55 min.

total: 12:35/30:00

doesnt look like i will make my goal unlesss i really step it up and thats gonna take a miracle! maybe if i had been adding my stretching and cooldowns....oh well there's always next month!

Saturday & sunday combo

Monday did nothing... walked alot..but not really for exercise..went to a field trip w/ my kids
Tuesday: 1 hr walking, cool down & stretches

its going to feel like 100 degrees. haha j/k. still plan to do some exercise.
 
Wed... I almost forgot i walked tues morning..silly me..I actually thought i didnt work out yesterday LOL

ok Sat was 40 min fat burning tape & 20 min strength exercises
Sunday was 1 hr hike & 1/2 hr playing frisbee
Today 1 hr walk, 1/2 hr frisbee
total for 3 days : 4hrs plus above

ooo last week, good thing im kicking it up a notch(also noticed i was addin my time to week 2 and not 3 lol duh but i have it figured out now ;) )

(+28hrs 22min)didnt i say i wanted to do 45 hrs :eek: boy better really kick it up!

total for june-39.57hrs a little short of my 45 hrs but ill get em next month!!

Ooh my ive been slippin..
Wed was 1 hr workout w/ cardio tape & pushups, situps

Thursday was 40 min video & 20 min resistance

Friday did nothing... and nothing all weekend..except stand on my feet & run & clean & cook..uggh i was dyin!
Total plus above: 23:40

Tonight is Monday..doing 1 hr cardio w/ push ups situps...

total for month: 20 hrs, 5 minutes. wayyyy off my goal of 30 hours! have to go in hospital tomorrow morning so wont be starting july's challenge if anyone wants to post it. hopefully i will be able to join in late.
 
Tues: did 1 hr walk & half hr strength training
Wed: 1 hr walk
Thursday: 1/2 hr strength training...didnt feel good so thats all i did

well..i was close to the 30...missed by 3 hrs! July will be better!
