New Challenge "June through September"

Initial weight in 152.6 lbs
Goal weight loss 7.6 lbs

My goal is to reach 145 lb and maintain my weight by Fall.
 
im well up for this challenge im trying to get in shape for my holiday at the start of september
my current weight is 10st 4(ish) so thats like 144lbs
and i want to be 9st around 130lbs(give or take a pound or two)for my holiday
so im looking to lose about 14lbs im hopnig to lose 2-3lbs a week

Thanks for joining, that is great! It is so hard to lose the last few pounds and I was beginning to think that I was the only one that has a hard time losing the last few pounds. My weight fluctuates up and down even when I am trying to lose the weight; it may be water weight or thyroid related. But I will post periodically as I lose the weight. I am trying to get back to counting WW's points on the old system and so far I have had 8 points out of the 22 points that I am allowed to have. I have went swimming two days this week and I have been to the gym once this week and exercise for an hour. I plan to go back to the gym two more days this week.

oh wow thats pretty cool i have started having weight watchers meals to its easy to add the cals up. i feel i am really struggling with this last little bit but we will get there!!!! xx
 
Im in! This is perfect for me as i start University i September.

Currently: 285 pounds.
September: 250 pounds.

Its alot but because im so big its hopefully do-able, weight seems to pour off me at the beginning anyway but anything even close will do me fine to start :)
 
June 3rd: 208.5
June 10: 203.8
June 17: 197.8
June 24: 194.4

Goal weight by September 2nd (total of 13 weeks) is 175, so about two pounds per week from right now.

You sure do get me motivated! I am still trying I lost .8 lb and gained it back, lol :svengo: I did too much at the pool last week and got a little sick. I plan to go back to the gym and the swimming pool today!

i need to shift 11lbs to hit my small goal by end of july!!

then once i hit my goal of 16 stone i can set another target to lose 1 an half stone within 3 months!

To get your Weight Loss Ticker go to TickerFactory.com and get a Ticker. Then at the top of this page to the left, click on User CP. Scroll down the page to the left and click on Edit Signature and post your Ticker. Then you will have a Ticker every time you post a message. If you have any problems just let me know. Let me walk you through this! Go to diet ticker and choose your ticker, click next. Choose your ticker slider, click next. Choose a Password/pin name, skip down to Weight Measurements, choose pounds or kilograms. Next weight target (the weight you want to be). Next your starting weight! Next your current weight. Put today's date June 22, 2011 (that is if you are getting your ticker today). Skip the rest and click next. There is your Ticker! Scroll down and get your ticker: You will need the bbCode. Highlight the bbCode and copy to take it back with you to the WLF. You will only need to copy starting with . Don't for get to Submit your ticker! Go back to the thread, your ticker should show up.

If I didn't goof, it should work!

Well it is much harder for me to lose now then when I first started. My goal weight is 145 in the nude. My weight goes up and down and it is hard to get back to counting WW points. But I intend to keep trying and make my goal by September. In the Winter months I seem to do a lot of exercising, but I cook more in the winter and I watch portion size. I snack a lot in the summer months. That could be my problem, because I seem to stay hungry all the time. I don't crave a lot of junk food, but I seem to want to eat all the time. A round 8:00am I had a peanut butter & sugar free jelly sandwich. It is now 8:55 and I am hungry again.:angelsad2: I should have had oats and toast! :)

Slowly but surely!! Weight today is 150.8. Can we all :party: today, if not keep trying. The little red caboose said: I think I can, I think I can! When he made it to the top, he knew he could. Then if we think we can and we know we can we will meet our goal every time.
