oh wow thats pretty cool i have started having weight watchers meals to its easy to add the cals up. i feel i am really struggling with this last little bit but we will get there!!!! xxThanks for joining, that is great! It is so hard to lose the last few pounds and I was beginning to think that I was the only one that has a hard time losing the last few pounds. My weight fluctuates up and down even when I am trying to lose the weight; it may be water weight or thyroid related. But I will post periodically as I lose the weight. I am trying to get back to counting WW's points on the old system and so far I have had 8 points out of the 22 points that I am allowed to have. I have went swimming two days this week and I have been to the gym once this week and exercise for an hour. I plan to go back to the gym two more days this week.

Im in! This is perfect for me as i start University i September.
Currently: 285 pounds.
September: 250 pounds.
Its alot but because im so big its hopefully do-able, weight seems to pour off me at the beginning anyway but anything even close will do me fine to start
Currently - 315 lbs
End of September goal weight - 290 lbs
