Lets Get Caught Up!

Well the Holidays are over, and we still have some left over food stuffs around that I am picking at, but I will get back to the dieting that I was doing so good at. I think over the past 10 days, I have broken every rule I had. Though not too bad.

I didn't seem to gain any weight, although I will be changing my listed weight loss in the opposite direction but only because of a new set of scales I bought. They seem a lot more accurate. No more of that bouncing back and forth and having to weigh myself over and over to get an accurate reading.

I am sticking with what I presumed my previous starting weight was, and keeping the goal at 175, so as a result, it looks like a gained weight, as I weighed in at 279.6 on the 1st.

So there it is, I am taking in a loss of 15.4 lbs for the month of December, (but in the back of my mind I know it was closer to 20 lbs.)

Lost in the aftermath of Christmas

I can't seem to recover well from my Christmas Episode. I have continued to find reasons to defy my rules, day after day. Luckily I haven't revert back to bad. Besides changing my scales and seemingly gaining 5 pounds, I have been slowly gaining about .2 lbs a day for a week, and this morning weighed in at 280.6 Plus I am about to go away for the weekend which guarantees another few days of not following the diet. But here is some good news, I finally measured myself for the first time since I started and have lost a few inches here and there.

So the good news is, I have lost 7 inches, heck yea, 2.5 from the waist and another 1.5 from the hips. I can also say I really noticed it when wearing my jeans cause my largest 2 pair where both getting tight, and now they feel just right. Hopefully soon I will need to buy smaller ones, cause these are starting to get old. My BMI is 40.2 down from 42.3, but still listed as extremely obese. Ideal BMI is 24.4 at 170 lbs. My Body fat is listed as 34.4% down from 35.8%. I had hoped that one would be smaller. Ideal would be 16.9% at 170 lbs and 34" waist.

Progress is there, but lately I have left it to drift a bit. Luckily I haven't jumped the trail, I am still staying away from most things, but I haven't lost any weight in a while.

This Christmas I decided I was going to give myself a break and just have what I wanted and not worry about the exercise so much and boy did I pay for it. I put back on 4kg, 4kg I worked bloody hard to lose and now im finding it a little hard to get back into swing of things. Don’t give up though Monday is a new day of a new week and its time to get ourselves moving again. Join our 10 pound club and whoop our butts.

Made my Jan goal

Loosing 10 pounds a month hasn't been all that bad. I have pulled off now 22.6 pounds in 2 months. So I even have a decent start on February. I need to remember to get some pics taken of me at this point as i totaly never took any pics in January.

I have been getting a lot of complements. Totally awsome. I really didn't see the loss until someone pointed it out. Still a long way to go, but WOW does it feel good when others notice.

I set up my daily progress in an excel spread sheat and it is kind of telling to how I have been for the past month. It should be an attachment to this message here.

Congrats about the loss! That's uber fantastic! It does feel good when others notice...that's almost like the marichino cherry ontop of the whipped cream.
