Results:
sorry its been a while; i've been finishing up my paper. 162 pages of hell. anyways, here are a few results to throw at you:
-not enough females to analyze a correlation
-younger age groups (18-24 and 25-34) reported the highest wellness levels
-those who worked out 5 days/wk had the highest levels
-those who weight lifted/did cardio had the highest (granted most ppl were lifters)
those three were my main relationships being studied.
there were relationships between questions too. for example, ppl who rated #3 high (self esteem) also rated #10 high (stress reduction).
in a very VERY brief nutshell, those are the results for those who were curious. if you want more, just msg me.
