Need Some Help with an Exercise Survey

Hi fellow members,

I'm an undergraduate student conducting a study on exercise and the positive effects it has on mentall well-being. I know the users of this site are avid fitness followers. Below is a link that will take you to the survey. It should only take five minutes MAXIMUM.

Also, if you have friends interested in this kind of thing, please spread the word.

Thank you

I will be bumping this up daily for the next month as well, so i hope it doesn't get too irritating haha.

Just a heads up to other forum members, this IS a legit survey. Only took a couple of minutes to complete, and it does not ask for your email or any personal information, just basic demographics.

Since this is truly a research study, for WSU.edu, please only complete the survey once so the poster gets legit data.

Done. Thanks for checking it out first Malkore, I thought for sure you'd have to log in or give an email adress.

Yep me 2 ;)

When it said 'have you had an experience that changed your view on exercise' i said...
'not an experience as such, but a fitness forum' :)

I hope you do not object with me posting some of the questions.

"I feel more energetic and/or invigorated after exercising."

I disagreed. I usually want to lay down for a few days.

"I feel I can accomplish my goals better when I exercise consistently."

Disagree. I often spend too much time training and not enough time on other things in life.

right after exercising most people do feel tired as hell haha. but when you exercise regularly versus rarely, most people (in past studies) will feel more invigorated on a daily basis. that's what those questions were about. but thats cool man. all answers are welcomed, that's the point of a subject population
