these are super awesome tips! i love oyur posts.
what exactly is a fitness ball??? i have a small rubber ball that belongs to my daughters, so i'm wondering that would work. it's about the size of...well a little bit smaller than a basketball.
i love squats, but lunges are hard for me. are they really that awkward or maybe am i doing something wrong? also, would you just do squats to exhaustion or how many?
i was super excited to read these tips. it helps to get it from someone it worked for, versus, someone who never had to work for it..does that make sense.
anyway - thanks and good luck everybody!!!!
Yes, it makes perfect sense. As for how many I'd say yes, work til you've exhausted that leg and then try to gradually increase the number you can do. Scroll down and click lower body exercises and then select which lunge you'd like demonstrated. Hope that helps!

I just wanted to say that makes perfect sense. You would be amazed the difference it would make when clients would see my before pics and realize that, not only was I developing a program to help them reach their goals, but that I, myself, dealt with the daily struggle of staying in shape. I always felt like I had an advantage over some of the other trainers in the gym, because while they were equally as educated and qualified as me in the technical aspect, they had never known what it feels like to struggle with weight loss like I had. It helped a lot of my clients to feel more at ease because I personally understand what they are going through.
