Thank you Ohappy I am glad theres hope for my nasty leggs!
Lol I love spongebob and boxers were comfy till I saw my legs!
I will continue your tips and I feel they were work!
Too beautiful thighs...Raises my 20 lb water jugg lol, Tammy:)

these are super awesome tips! i love oyur posts.
what exactly is a fitness ball??? i have a small rubber ball that belongs to my daughters, so i'm wondering that would work. it's about the size of...well a little bit smaller than a basketball.
i love squats, but lunges are hard for me. are they really that awkward or maybe am i doing something wrong? also, would you just do squats to exhaustion or how many?
i was super excited to read these tips. it helps to get it from someone it worked for, versus, someone who never had to work for it..does that make sense.
anyway - thanks and good luck everybody!!!!

Yes, it makes perfect sense. :D As for how many I'd say yes, work til you've exhausted that leg and then try to gradually increase the number you can do. Scroll down and click lower body exercises and then select which lunge you'd like demonstrated. Hope that helps! :)

in the words of carlos mencia, "dee dee dee." geez - stability ball/fitness ball. i'm such a client for brain loss. sorry. i totally wasn't getting it. yeah, i have a fitness ball...ohmyword! sorry. i'm not sure i could hold it between my legs though..dang! well, i'm lyin'...just doesn't put a very comfortable picture in my head, but i'll try anything also. my calves..calfs...um..you know what i mean... are awesome, but i'd love some super thighs...whoo hooo! thanks for all of your help!

I must make an effort to get that darn BALL lol!
I was googling and found this to add to the thigh
exerscing! Tammy
Supine "V" Adduction (tones the inner thighs)

Note: Do not perform this if you cannot keep your low back pressed to the floor during the entire exercise, or if you feel more fatigue to the top of your thigh than you do your inner thigh muscles. During this exercise, keep your knees slightly bent, and your feet turned out slightly.

Thanks for posting that Tammy, I forgot about those. Be careful b/c they will have you walking like you've been horseback riding too! LOL I did those with weights around my ankles. I pushed myself so hard with them and could barely get out of bed the next morning, literally. You should've seen me walking down the halls at work! NOT A PRETTY SIGHT! :p

I just wanted to say that makes perfect sense. You would be amazed the difference it would make when clients would see my before pics and realize that, not only was I developing a program to help them reach their goals, but that I, myself, dealt with the daily struggle of staying in shape. I always felt like I had an advantage over some of the other trainers in the gym, because while they were equally as educated and qualified as me in the technical aspect, they had never known what it feels like to struggle with weight loss like I had. It helped a lot of my clients to feel more at ease because I personally understand what they are going through.

This looks a bit tricky/painful but it work's,Tammy:D

Hey! That's my man Joey Atlas! He emails me all the time...well not really "him" but you know what I mean. He rocks and so do his exercise recommendations.

You rock Tammy!

Hi guys i'm new. As I posted in the newbie section, I've lost a lot of weight over the last 18 months. I had the same probs with cellulite as you Niapage, squats are good, and brisk walking. Nothing has help me more than cycling (on a stationary bike) on quite a high resistance setting, i do half an hour every other day. Deschain is right that you enlarge muscles, but this DOES improve shape, and the texture of your skin. Everyone is different and i'll always have a bit of cellulite, but I KNOW you can improve it by targeted exersise and reducing fat intake. So don't be put off and DON'T GIVE UP!!

do u know any exercise to help inner thighs?

ive got horrid inner thighs and would love them to be more toned does anyone know if i walk 4 miles every other day if that would help that part of me?

Someone on here told me a while back about a Pilates dvd. Target area pilates dvd i should say that you can get at Target. I want to say its Gillhad? Or something along those lines. It seems to be working rather well so far.
