How much weight do you want to lose?17kg, I am currently 82kg, my ideal weight is 65.
What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight? by next summer, so December 05.
How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)? eating a healthy, balanced diet, with lots of fruit, vegis, grains, meats ect (in moderation ofcourse), excersise, mainly going for a walk each day (which is fairly good excerise for me considering I will be pushing a double pram with a 18kg 3 year old and a 13kg 2 year old in it), and every few nights doing things like sit ups, pushups ect (this cannot be done during the day as the said 3 and 2 year olds like to climb on mummy when she is doing excersises).
Who or what can support you in reaching your goal? nothing really. I have alot of problems eating healthier because we don't have the money to be buying two lots of food and my parnter doesn't really want to be eating the foods I want to eat. Makes it very hard.
How realistic is your goal? I think it is quite realistic, I have 9 months to do it in, if I work at it hard enough I should be able to do it.
When will you start? I have already started in a way, I have been trying to eat healthier, I was planing on begining my walks this friday. I do do walking on a Tuesday, but I used to walk everyday, then I got my licence and now I hardly walk at all.
