It would be a reportable case for a 17 year old girl in the UK or in any first world country to get kwashiorkor for lack of protein intake, much less starting to digest their heart.

I imagine one that would see you in court after advising her to eat in that manner.

That would certainly be the case if she were my daughter.

What part of "the poster is in Canada" did you not understand.
 
@almightypeach - How are you doing with your workouts? Do you always have energy or do you feel drained in the middle of your exercises?

From what I know about squats and having bigger thighs, you'll need to increase weight while doing something like 3 sets of 10 overtime while have a caloric surplus in order for it to 'get big'. Since you're on a caloric deficit, you won't actually gain muscle but instead help slow down the rate of muscle loss.
