Ya actually I weighed myself this morning and am at 191. This 11 pounds has happened with very little cardio lol. I need to update my workouts for the last week or so.

Congrats on the progress. Also looking at your routines I am seeing a lot of work in the 8 rep range, if you don't mind my asking what's the plan you are using? Is it an 8 - 12 progression or just hanging with eights?

I just go with 3 sets of 8. Like you see if I did deads at 2x8@XXX and 1x6@XXX then that just means I couldnt get to 8 with that weight. I then try again on my next workout and when about two workouts have passed with 3x8 then I move up the weight and continue.
