Day 11 - Day 4
Hmmmm.... don't really know if i should count today as 4 or 11 oh well, feels like 11 days so think i will count 11...
Going well, made myself steak and gem squash for lunch added a bit of sweetner and cinnamon to the gem and oh my word it was delicious, definitely going to be having that again
Otherwise feeling good, just very bloated, weird though cause my tummy is working fine but even when it does i still feel bloated, hoping it will just pass! Hate feeling bloated all the time!
Water consuming about 3.75L a day don't know if that could be it, maybe i should cut back to 3L?
No cravings since Tuesday so definitely think the mango at breakfast was the culprit, saving my mango for my afternoon snack now, still struggling to finish all my crackers, hope it doesn't have a negative effect on me.
