More missed calories - both Thursday and Friday I posted late after a busy day with company and socializing, depending on my memory for what I ate. Friday I posted after some drinks. Bottom line I missed a few things and am trying to catch up here. These were not really big things, I was still within my goals, but I don't want to miss anything. I know myself well enough to know how easy it is for me to just eat and forget, I can't do that right now.
Company leaves in a few minutes, I am going to struggle to get back to 100% reporting.

In 308 Saint Eubulus and Saint Adrian were martyred in Palestine. Saint Adrian was first given to a lion, but was only mauled, so he was finished off with a sword. Saint Eubulus was offered the chance to sacrifice to an idol, when he refused he met the same fate. By this time Constantine was emperor and would convert to Christianity just a few years later, ending the martyrdom - for Christians who agreed with him anyway.
