Hey that's 20 lbs down since you last posted isn't it? Great progress.haven’t posted in a long time but down to 201 lbs
would be curious if you have done anything to change your overall diet. while reduced calories and increased exercise works in the short term, you also have to look ahead. are you really going to keep walking 5 miles/ day for the rest of your life? you are doing great, but it would be good to start thinking about what your long term plan might be. something got you up to the weight you were. when you figure out what that was and tackle that situation, you will be much better off in the years to come.

I think both your short-term & long-term plans sound very doable. Out of sheer curiosity, how many calories a day is a 700 cal deficit?
I agree with Cate, eating slow really helps. I try to do that, but am not always as successful as I would like to be.ive also changed my eating technique and eat slower so that it fills me up more than if i’m just scarfing everything down really fast
