Music while training

Yeah, that's a good idea! I got hit by a car once, I don't recommend it, it hurts.

Psht. It's called one earphone in, one earphone out. Also, ADD. Anyway I've been hit by two different cars and a truck; I'm fine. Y'all worry too much. :p

But I respect that some of you can do it without the music. That's good. Probably ideal. But at least for now, I likes my Bodies and my Pulse of the Maggots.

Also, earlier, I missed two songs:

Limp Bizkit, Godsmack and Disturbed - Blood In My Eyes
Mos Def & Massive Attack - I Against I

They go in the middle area. I can't be bothered. Also I'm pretty sure nobody cares. :D

I didn't get hit because of headphones, I saw the car, I was walking over at a pedestrian crossing, and he hit me, what an a hole. Anyways, I was just saying it to let people know it is not recommended.
Where did you get hit by a car (like what bodypart) I got hit just about where you would land a low kick if you wanted to hurt someone :p

Oh, okay.

That sounds painful and... maiming. I got clipped on my right hip once (I was reading and walking, and crossing streets through red lights without noticing, lol) which spun me around and knocked me on my ass, the bruises were lovely. I got rolled once (ummm, how to explain this, I saw it coming, and I jumped up, so I rolled across the hood and bounced my back off the windshield and landed pretty much on my feet). That was the truck. That time was just me being stupid - was jaywalking from behind a blind corner. And the third time, I got hit while riding my bike. Dude wouldn't let me get in the lane, sideswiped me and sent me flying. I spun in the air a couple times and came down on my back. Looked like it would've been real painful (landing on your back usually is in my experience), but didn't actually hurt much at all, or do any damage. Got a pretty nice settlement out of it by pretending it did, though. Hahahaha. That dude needed to be taught some manners anyway.

Um, just for the record, I am not at all endorsing getting hit by vehicles, or being careless. I am a dumbass. A lucky dumbass. Say no to drugs, kids, and stay in school.

I jammed Cypress Hill last time I lifted LOL

Nothing like listening to music about getting high while working out.

Run to Aesop Rock. All Day/ Nike Run, specifically.

To strength train to... hold on, I'll make you a list. Also, if you had bothered to run a search first, you'd notice this has been done before. :p

Disturbed - Stupify
Slipknot - Duality
Slayer - Threshold
Slipknot - Pulse Of The Maggots
Drowning Pool - Bodies
Mudvayne - Happy
Marilyn Manson - The Beautiful People
Fort Minor - Remember The Name
NERD - Rockstar
Static X - Push It
Eminem - Till I Collapse
Hoobastank - Out Of Control
Godsmack - I Stand Alone
Godsmack - Straight Out Of Line
Nirvana - Lithium
Pantera - I'm Broken
Rage Against the Machine - Calm Like A Bomb
Saliva - Click Click Boom
Stone Sour - Get Inside
Slipknot - Wait And Bleed
Nelly - Heart of a Champion
R. Kelly - The World's Greatest

In that order. I defy you to come up with a better 75 mins to train to.

That's an awesome playlist! I think I have all of those songs but 2 on my iPod. I also like to workout to Slayer.

And Disturbeds' new CD Indestructable is awesome.

And Lil' Wayne feat. Fat Joe - 300 is an awesome song!

I like to Shuffle my bitch up...Ghostface, Godsmack, some old 90s junk, Disturbed, The Roots, some crazy techno **** that I don't know the name of...fun stuff.

I remember when I was a teenager working out at the YMCA I got ready to bench one day and they started playing "Have you Ever Been Mellow" by Olivia Newton John LMAO!! I vote that as the worst lifting soundtrack
