You're welcome :)

"Confidence comes not from always being right
but from not fearing to be wrong."
~Peter T. Mcintyre

Be strong and attempt the things that you truly believe in, even if you are not 100% sure of the outcome. Regardless of how things turn out, your true strength lies in the fact that you took action on your belief. If at times you feel reluctant to move forward, remember the possibilities of a negative outcome, will only make you stronger on your next attempt.

"To assert your willpower is simply to make up your mind that you want something,
and then refuse to be put off."
~ Phillip Cooper

Being motivated and driven is a natural part of who I am.

Getting myself in the right state of mind and motivated comes naturally to me.

Motivation, drive, energy and passion are part of my daily life.

Good for you Marcela! :D
For those who need a little help-
"You can out-distance that which is running after you,
but not what is running inside you."
~Rwandan Proverb
If what is running inside of you is holding you back, seek help.

I do come up with some weird & wonderful things on these searches & thought I should share this one with you-
"You need not think
It's vanity that makes me prink,
And take much care
To keep myself both fit and fair.
'Tis not false pride or vain conceit
That keeps me trying to be neat,
But just the plain and simple truth
That I have held to since my youth
That this old frame in which I dwell
Is nothing more than the hotel
In which my Soul and Hopes must stay
Until I'm called to move away,
And for their dwelling-place I plan
To give them quite the best I can,
And keep the place up spick and span."
~John Kendrick Bangs (1862-1922),
"An Explanation" (February Twenty-third),
The Cheery Way: A Bit of Verse For Every Day, 1920

Here are two that I like:

“It is better to conquer yourself than to win a thousand battles. Then the victory is yours. It cannot be taken from you, not by angels or by demons, heaven or hell.” ~ Buddha

“Time is a created thing. To say 'I don't have time,' is like saying, 'I don't want to.'” ~ Lao Tzu

Well I have been stressed lately & after looking up strategies to cope with anxiety have ended up having a really positive & productive day. I have tidied up, read, sorted out, read, eaten very healthily, more tidying up, more sorting..... Now I'll go search for an appropriate quote.......-
"You can never really live anyone else's life,
not even your child's.
The influence you exert is through your own life,
and what you've become yourself."
~ Eleanor Roosevelt

"Children, marriages, & vegetable gardens
reflect the kind of care they get."
~me (adapted from another)

Here's a favorite saying of mine:

“All the powers in the universe are already ours. It is we who have put our hands before our eyes and cry that it is dark.” ~ Swami Vivekananda

Hope-
"You may not always have a comfortable life and you will not always be able to solve all of the world's problems at once, but don't ever underestimate the importance you can have, because history has shown us that courage can be contagious and hope can take on a life of its own."
~ Michelle Obama

"Hope is important because it can make the present moment less difficult to bear. If we believe that tomorrow will be better, we can bear a hardship today."
Thich Nhat Hanh

"Never go hungry."

Thats my favorite quotations. Or else if i go hungry.. i can eat everything. :)

I haven't managed to go through all of the posts yet so I apologise if any of these are repeats :)

"Discipline is choosing between what you want now and what you want most"

"A year from now, you will wish that you'd started today"

"Giving up on your goal because of one setback is like slashing your other three tyres because you got a flat"

"Success is not final, failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts"

"I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday"

"Would that there were an award for people who come to understand the concept of enough. Good enough. Successful enough. Thin enough. Rich enough. Socially responsible enough. When you have self-respect, you have enough."
~Gail Sheehy

"Climb the mountains and get their good tidings. Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop off like autumn leaves. As age comes on, one source of enjoyment after another is closed, but Nature's sources never fail."
~John Muir

"He who thanks but with the lips
Thanks but in part;
The full, the true Thanksgiving
Comes from the heart."
~J.A. Shedd
