Ok Count Me In Scale Said 156.6 This Morning So Lets Get With It Girls
 
Rn, my goal is 179, not 180 (even though that is the 10 pd goal) I HAVE To get out of the 180's!! I'm soooo tired of it!!
 
Why's everyone's goal 10 pounds? Does it have to be 10 pounds?

Well... right now, I'm 284. And my goal by Mother's Day will be 275 which is a nice round number.
 
No initial c it dont have to be that we are just challenging each other for the 10 pounds or you can set it yourself!
 
My scale said im at 299 so I gained a pound since Saturday but im not discourage..I got to keep going this time.

Weight in was : 299
Goal : 289 ( wouldnt that be awesome )

OK, I give up. I looked under clubs and still cant find the buddy list. Maybe i havent had enough water and my brain is not thinking clearly..................:confused:
 
Ooops, didn't see this thread until today, is too late to join in now?? I would like to lose at least 10 by mother's day, even though I don't have an inkling when it is!!! *embarrased*
 
I should add, if it's not too late, I would like my official weigh in to be 295.2. If it's too late I will just wait for another challenge!

So How Is Everyone Going To Try And Lose This 10 Lbs Or So , As For Me I Am Going To Be Doing The Ww And Bl Dvd And Try To Get Some Walking / Roller Blading ,daughter Got Some Going TO Switch Back And Forth When We Go For Are Walk Together ,After Hubby Gets Home To Watch My Kelsey . my fiancee's new schedule makes SURE that my butt is out of bed by at least 7am... which is fantastic, because it always gives me time to run =)

We can totally do this - once we get into a routine, it will become second nature!!!

Will someone kick my butt if i'm not getting enough water in a day?!
 
Welp, yesterday, I walked all over downtown core with a friend of mine. I think we did about 5 mile (about 8km) walk all around. Not only did I get to spend time with a good friend who I haven't seen in awhile and is moving away soon and got to see the historical sights of the city I usually ignore, but I did alot of walking/exercising. My legs are in PAIN now though. I wanted to walk more today but I'm totally aching. I may be in somewhat bedrest form today. I'm totally sore down below everywhere. :(

Amomono, best way to get your 8 glasses of water a day, I've found is to lug a 1 liter water bottle with you everywhere. If you fill it up at least once more during the day and drink that, you'd have drunk 2 liters. That's just a lil MORE that 64 oz of water (67.6 oz actually). And since you're lugging it with you everywhere, you'll remember it. AND do some anaerobic exercise.:D

Oh goodie!! thank you so much!!! I hope I can lose 10 by mother's day... when is it?? My official weigh is 295.2!

As for the water... walmart has these little jugs that look like the water cooler jugs and they hold 8 cups of water! People laugh at me sometimes, but I just laugh at them... I hardly ever see people getting enough water!
