This is the ultimate workout routine: will get huge gains in muscle mass all around.

Squatting in the Squat rack.... You think nothing sounds wrong with this?
Well, the guy was squatting his bodyweight only, didn't have a barbell or anything, squatting only his body. He was there for around 20 minutes did a few sets and left. Why did he have to use the Squat rack... I'm still trying to figure that out :yelrotflmao:
