Heya miss. Sorry I didn't see your question earlier! I'm a working student too & finding time to work out is a pain during crunch times. One little thing that's helped is that I only take transit 1/2 way to school or the office and walk the rest of the way ~ so even if I can't get a capital W workout in, I still get over 1/2 an hour of moving about. Other little things, like taking the stairs, using the bathroom on another floor, etc. But that's it for me. Any tricks you've found help out?
 
Amazing job everyone! Great work, nice to see all those numbers falling! Congrats to you too Geeky - always nice to see someone who is so supportive of others having good success herself! :)


As to the exercise thing, I also missed that - I don't really exercise all that much, if I'm honest! We bought a treadmill which I was using religiously to start with, but isn't seeing so much action now the weather is warming up.. I also study, so I simply walk home from school each day (takes about 30-40 mins). I will occasionally do some weights at home as well, maybe a random burst of starjumps or bicycle-situp things! Isn't great but it seems to do the job! :)
