Hey all!

Here we go again! Stick with your goals and let's own March! :flame:

3rd March - 62.6kg

10th March - 62.5kg (hmph.. loss is a loss, I guess.)

17th March - 62.5kg (BEYOND frustrating...)

24th March - 62.3kg .......

31st March - 61.2


Goal loss: 4lbs
Actual loss: 3lbs


Disappointing, but, I guess at least I dropped a chunk at the end. Can only hope that I'll have more success next month!

Hope everyone else had more luck!

Thank you for starting the March thread. I am so excited for March, I just feel like this is my month to shine. I hope it will be a wonderful, successful month for all of us!!!


I'm going to weigh in on Monday for starting weight, but my goal weight for the end of March is 148.

Overall goal: reach and then learn to maintain at 125-130 for 1/2 a year.




[Since the thread was lost and it makes me feel good to post this, I'm leaving it here: Feb Start weight - 142. Feb 26 - 138. I can't remember what my goal was or how much I lost and gained per week, but it's an overall loss of 4 lbs that I'm comfortable with. Hope March works out as well as February did!]

I'm new here and totally looking forward to losing some pounds. My goal is to loose 10 pounds by end of march (165lbs).


March 4 - 175lbs

march 11- 172 lbs

march 18- 171lbs

How are you guys planning on losing the weight? I attend school and work which leaves me with little time to excercise
 
Wow, geekynoob, you are doing amazing!! You've lost a so much weight since February. Any advice? Everybody else is doing great also! Keep up the wonderful work everyone.

Way to go everyone! Let's keep it up. Yesterday was such a beautiful day in my city. It just reminded me of how close summer is and therefore, how much harder I should be trying to stay on track!

brunette! Congratulations on reaching your goal weight for this month!


Whether you try for lower or just work on maintaining it, I think 6 lbs in one week is a huge loss as is. I'm no expert, but be kind to yourself.


In my case, I find it difficult to be moderate which ends up biting me in the *ss in the long run, so that's what I'm trying to focus on these days.


So sorry to hear you've been feeling sick, feelinggooder :( I hope your cold passes soon.


btw, I wanted to say earlier - Tink, I really like your goals.

(not that it's notable, but I'm sorry for the delay in responding to this thread -- I was traveling for a few weeks and then had a huge move to a new apartment. The negs of airline food balance out against the cardio of packing and unpacking, I think. In other news, it's no longer a massive insult to turn down extras of my in-laws cooking! :huzzah: )
 
Little late joining the challenge. I missed February and told myself I wouldn't miss March this time around, so here I go!
