First of all I want to say awesome work to Derrick, way to go you sure have shown me just what can be achieved when you put your mind to it!!

ALysha, what a great start you are off to can really see a difference!

Good on you King, for posting pics cant wait to see your progress!

As for you Mr Love, you have come so far already keep up the fab work and RunnningGirl looking hot(and sweaty)!!! Good stuff!!

And to 18% and Babymomma good on you girls for posting your pics, I found that to be a huge step on my slow but steady journey!!

OK, so time to post my April to May progression. No progression really. If anything I might have gained 2 or 3 lbs. I am back at it though and hope to slowly make progress over the next few months.

WOOT! You go!!! Is there a front pic for April..? I am sure we wouldn't ever notice 2-3 lb gain...I mean it's most likely muscle?
 
Keep it up Derrick!!! You look the same to me which is GREAT if you say you gained a little....but STILL LOOKING GOOD!!! :D!
 
Thanks girls. I appreciate the kind words. :) That was my vacation picture from May 12th I think. After my triathlon on May 3rd I sort of took a one month break and recovery period. I worked out a little bit but I wasn't very good with my eating. Probably a C or C-. I was also drinking too much alcohol over the past month. Since that photo I have gained a little bit of fat, maybe 2 lbs. I know because my stomach measurement increased by 1 inch. I am not detered though. I am going to try to get to 189 by the end of summer or sooner. Hopefully sooner.
 
I feel ya Derrick!!! I've been drinking too much last month, and I see extra chub that wasn't there too...:(...I might still look the same, but yup....HARD WORK coming right up! :D!
 
Okay today is my month to month pic recap, I am going to wait till after my evening run to post....I know it may not make a difference...since I've already eaten today and what not...but since I keep missing my runs early in the morning (that is when I haven't eaten and my body seems to look it's utmost best & I take pics at that time) Well I usually just make out my 6 pack! Even with being at a steady stand still of 136 for three consecutive weeks.....:ack2: I heavily indulged over the weekend (for 3 days) and my weight shot up to who knows how much, I went back to 144, and than 140, kept comin down, so now wavers at 136.5-138. Ok banter over, there just isn't much difference from last month to this month, except for being able to see my abs take shape whilst fat dissolves....but in the pics you can't see it, but I can...so weirdness...:smilielol5: :doh:
 
So that was fun...a whole month, 3 weeks at 136, and now back at 137, and last month .5 - 1 lb difference. :ack2: Well I've stepped up the eating and added in some HIIT, Hills run & Long distance runs, an evening run, and power walking hills in the afternoon's, the last couple of weeks. Changed up the foods I've been eating...hopefully something will change. Now just gotta stick it out! :) Wish me Luck!

Alright I starting this over since I really really slacked off on working out this last month. I am ready to really get back at it and start hitting the weights hard. My main goal is to lose the man boobs and love handles. :smash:

Current stats-

6'5"
238lbs

I broke my ankle a couple weeks ago so I am going to be kind of limited on the exercise I can do. So basically all I can do is lift and its going to be upper body only.
 
Is it too late to join?!!? I've not got any pics just now but i'll need to get some soon to see differences
