Is there any guidelines i need to know?

a bit about me:

Im Sarah SAHM to 2 boys, Hunter 11 months and Leo 6 Days old.

I weigh on Mondays (New week new beginings)

Look at sig for goals.

I want to be healthy and happy, and i want to feel sexy in my own skin thats why i want to lose this weight.

We can do anything and yes it is had but that iswhat makes it worth it in the end, knowing we did it ourselfs for ourselfs!
 
hi Sarah! would love for you to join but since this is one group out of the entire october 1st challenge, i'll have to ask doxiegirl, who started this challenge, to see which group she'll allocate you to. I'll let you know asap! :)
 
How's everyone doing? :) can't wait till sunday to see how everyone's losses are :D for me i hope my weight shifts a little since it hasn't for the past 5 days!
 
Growing muscles.....will be a week or 2 till the weight goes down. If only new thighs n calves appear NOW.:eek: Gotta endure with the bulge this 2 weeks.
 
No idea! Emily said she would be away for awhile though, so that's probably why she's not posting. We weigh in on sunday morning alright? we'll probably post ahead of emily and lora because of our time difference..but it should be okay.. unless they post on sunday morning and we in the evening so we can all post at the same time?

It's that time of the week y'all! Please go to the main post (October One Month Challeng?) and I need everyone to weigh in. I'll post the percentage of weight lost for each team. Please include in your post in this order: team name, screen name, starting weight, current weight.

Results will be posted on Monday.

Audrey, sara may join your team if you would like since it's a percentage thing. Just have her follow the above directions. Thanks!

Okies i started at:
H 5'7 HW: 275 (125kg) B4 comming here :) SW: 233.2 (106kg) CW: 231 (105kg) UGW: 130 (59 kg)
October Challenge Lose as much as i can ;)

Try to drink lots water and get time in to use the trainner and AB swing (leave the baby tummy behind lol)

Hope this makes sence?

EazyE that's amazing! that's 3.5lbs a week!!

So for our team, we have a total loss of 6.9lbs so far! When Emily and Lora weigh in we'll know our total losses and percentages :)
 
hey yall, well, i was in virginia this weekend and had to live out of vending machines, ugh, so no loss, but hopefully that will change this week!!!!

getting upset abt my cravings now. taking a 5 min break frm work.

hello there, sorry i havent posted recently. with skwl and everything.,.,.,. so glad to see everyone is doing ok. im 126 pounds, well i was half way through the week but well..lol, i guess now im about 127. so i think b4 i started this challenge i was about 127-128. wel, in the recent posts on this thread it says what i am :) however i havent really been trying, but this week is a new week and would like to make a go at things. i wish my weight for sunday/monday to be 125 pounds. talk latets xx:D

Oh pinky, are your cravings still around? Maybe you could eat something else, like frozen yogurt, if you're loving the ice cream taste :)

heheh... it's gone. i fought it with plenty of cold water.
