Hi everyone! Emily, thanks for setting up this thread :) Well, it looks like I'm one of the oldest here! I'm 19 and a freshman at university. My start weight is 124.5 lbs and my goal for October would be to lose 10lbs to get down to 114.5 :D Good luck everyone! We can do it!!
 
i think it's on sundays. but since this is our own thread i'm assuming we can weigh in whenever we want as well?
 
Urgh...I'm the old hag here then:( . 27 yrs old from Singapore where good food abounds! 140 going down to 130 by end of Oct!!!! I can so do this no matter what!:p

yea, we can weigh in whenever, this mornin i weighed in at 275 which is down two pounds, but im gonna wait until friday to post my weight, i will be in richmond virginiia all weekend so i wont be able to post sunday, but hope to post friday mornin, i HOPE to :) well everybody, have a great day!!!

hi girls! so how's it going? :D I don't have access to a weighing scale till the weekend, so i really don't know how i'm doing in terms of weightloss.. as for food intake, i'm pretty sure i've cut down by quite a bit :)
 
howdy, im doing great! I did about two hours of exercise today, walking and then playin baseball, had a good time with my b/f. Its kinda flirty to play baseball with ur sig. other, lol, well, im glad to hear ur doin well, now if we can only hear from the others :) well, ttyl, good luck!

2 hrs of exercise?! :eek: I'll flip.

This week shd be good. Since I am able to poo again (ref my diary for details. my pic is there too!).:p

Waitin for lunchtime! I am sooooooooo hungry!:( But it's gonna be healthy so no worries!:D
 
howdy, yep 2 hours, and i am so sore already, its midnight where im at, and just got in another 45 minutes of exercise, ok, well, what time is it where u are? and where are u? lol, well, ttyl, bye!!

Exercise is good!! I love cycling because it takes me places and it's fun :D:D Just checking in again to see how everyone is doing :) ate a little too much for breakfast and lunch, now's only 2 pm so i've decided to place my next meal at 7 and eat half my usual portions, then not eat anything for the rest of the night (hard, but i'll try..by sleeping early!!)

Like emily i'm hoping we can post more in this thread, then we'll be able to keep each other motivated!! :)
 
Where u eating? Hall again? Make sure no cup noodles!

Oh manz... it's mid-autumn fest tmr.... gotta keep my hands n mouth off the mooncakes!:eek:
 
Yea, hall..no choice! At least there's decent food here, not the ideal diet kind, so for me I just try to keep myself from snacking, since that's my weakness. and if i do snack, well i try to eat smaller portions at each meal.

Thank goodness for me i'm not a huge fan of mooncakes! I only like the skin.. so I don't eat it much :D Mooncakes, by the way, are Chinese pastries filled with lotus paste (it's sweet!) and sometimes an egg yolk.
 
Did u read newspapers "Life" section? Reported that there's at least 750 cal in a norm yolk mooncake!!!!:eek:

I dun like mooncake now!:p
 
hey yall, it must be cool living in singapore, i live in north carolina, right now it is 2:05 pm, so im guessin it may be about 10 there?> lol, i aint sure, but about keepin eachother motivated, totally! We can do this, its gonna take alot of hard work but i know we can kick butt!!! I'm in a couple challegnes now, and so its keepin me motivated, and i hope i can help to keep yall motivated!!! Well, hope to hear from yall soon!!!

Hi girls! Just checking in to see how everyone's doing :) just weighed myself and found no weight loss!! none at all. I really must cut down on food intake. Anyone have ideas on what to do when you get those food cravings?
 
Drink plain water! Hit the books! Drag hostel mate out for a chat (without the snacks!):D

Won't be able to do much posting today. So bz. havn't done much work this week.... I hate to switch window.... but i hv to now... BACK TO WORK!:(
