Do you have fruit on hand to eat at night? I have a low-calorie mango sorbet in the freezer for those nights when I really fancy something sweet & fruit won't do. Adding some protein to breakfast will help as well. Can you take your own lunch to work?

I have been trying to eat more of my calories earlier in the day, it seems to help.

Keep on keeping on, you are making good progress!

I do take lunch to work sometimes yes. I am eating vegetarian so no animal proteins. I will make a plan. Thanks for feedback.

Oh so it plays a big role in cravings?

Is the 3 meals a day, or fasting or constant snacking best?
It differs for different people, I think. For me when I don't eat a lot all day (or longer) I tend to overeat later and go for high-calorie things like sweets or fried food. So I usually have three larger meals a day. Other people prefer smaller meals with a snack in between or fasting completely and only having one really big meal a day. You'll have to figure out what suits your body but in general fiber, protein, and fat help to keep you satisfied for longer.

Morning team awesome!

Currently I’m doing intermittent fasting. (Filter coffee with milk) during work days and then just have supper. I know the milk doesn’t really allow for me to go into ketosis, and I use low fat milk and no sugar in any drinks ever in general.

Then for supper it’s mostly depending on what my wife cooked. Vegetarian always, and then I’ve had a whiskey afterwards last week but I don’t feel like alcohol this week. (Doing whiskey and ice/water only for Feb)

I am going to get into exercises soon, it’s a bit delayed I know, as I wanted to start it with the vegetarian and whiskey for February challenge.

Sad to say, despite no beer or wine, and only a few whiskeys last week, I’m still on 100kg. I never thought I would ever get so far, or let go so much. But here I am.
