Mirrors in gyms

Yeah, I'll get back to business. Mirrors in gyms. Apart from the obvious uses of checking form and checking out cardio bunnies on the elipticals they also have a very good comic use.
I love watching the wannabe Abercromie models trying to have a quick sly bicep flex in the mirror after their 10th set of high rep curls to look at the definition on their 14" arms. It cracks me up

As Arnie once said, the bigger and stronger you get, the less you feel the need to show everyone how big and strong you are (I'm paraphrasing but the message is the same)

Looking at those perma-tan guys flexing for the mirrors makes me laugh inside, and on a couple of occasions out loud too :D

Wow, their arms are *almost* as big as mine....LOL :D

I mostly block the image in the mirror out during my sets, especially during a movement requireing total concentration and total body involvement like heavy deadlifts or squats. I concentrate on the feel of which muscles are bearing the most load during the movement.
