Sport midnight hunger

no set time, just whenever i feel like doing it. is that bad? i havent done a HIIT since that one time i did it on a workout day..but i do plan to start doing it again once i put some more fat weight on. which will be by atleast this monday.
 
Naw its not bad, I just wanted to make sure you weren't doing it too close to when you went to bed.
