I have found a huge diff in how i feel each day when i eat lots of veggies w/ maybe 2 or 3 servings of fruit a day also.
 
Ugh im with y i hate mondays too...robotics sounds like fun...i love my oatmeal plain or maybe w/ a little cinnamon in it(and some egg whites to up the protein)but its my fave for breakfast :) looks like your doing great so far keep it up. :)
 
Ive never thought of doing the egg whites too .. what a good idea L! Cinnamon is fantastic for lowing your blood glucose levels and keeping them low all day
 
I'm finally back from vacation....was gone to visit my boyfriend's parents in Georgia. Was a great time, suprisingly, I didn't gain or lose...so back on target starting tomorrow!! :)
Thanks for the suggestions on fresh fruit I think I might give that a try.

Whew, I'm glad to be home!
 
I'm back in the diet saddle again, my B'day is June 27th and I'm hoping to drop a few pounds before then :)

Breakfast:
Skipped it, was in a rush this morning :mad:

Lunch:
1 Small deli crossiont sandwhich w/roast beef and cheese (no mayo)
baby carrots, cauliflower
some ranch dressing

Snack:
Raw, plain ole broccoli, cherry tomatoes & celery (no ranch)

Dinner:
Hopefully something low cal :) Will post later what I'm going to eat.

Exercise - I had every intention of powerwalking this morning but, the dog was sick and kept me up half the night hacking :( so I was way too tired to do anything at 5:45am. I am going to do robotics tonight after work tho :)
 
oooh dont skip the big B... breakfast is soo important..even if you have a piece of fruit or somethin...
looks like you are doing great though..thanks so much for you post!
I hope your puppy gets better..i hate it when my animals or my children are ill
