I'm back in the diet saddle again, my B'day is June 27th and I'm hoping to drop a few pounds before then
Breakfast:
Skipped it, was in a rush this morning
Lunch:
1 Small deli crossiont sandwhich w/roast beef and cheese (no mayo)
baby carrots, cauliflower
some ranch dressing
Snack:
Raw, plain ole broccoli, cherry tomatoes & celery (no ranch)
Dinner:
Hopefully something low cal
Will post later what I'm going to eat.
Exercise - I had every intention of powerwalking this morning but, the dog was sick and kept me up half the night hacking
so I was way too tired to do anything at 5:45am. I am going to do robotics tonight after work tho
