Didn't track my calories the last two days, now the scale reads 237.4 ... Strange sense of DeJa Vu >.<
 
Hey Meg, I am just catching up after my travels, and am happy to see you down 10 or 11 lbs! Not sure which but either are good news.

Also good to see you keeping on track, that's what really matters, stick to it and those pounds will continue to come off.

The WAG is a great measure. Much better than no estimate.
 
Hey Rob, congrats on your progress this year! 15 pounds down, that's great! By "WAG" do you mean "weight and goal"?
