Current Weight = 149.9

Just started off will keep posting once i start of with regular excercises.

Trying to balance my work and my weight. I need some help. Anyone can come foward !!!!

Start Weight = 69kg (151)
5 May = 67.8, -1.2 (149, -2!!)
12 May = 67.1, -0.7 (148 -1!)
16 May = 66.0, -1.1 (145 - 3!!)
26 May = 65.5, - 0.5 (144 -1[)
Finish Weight 31 May =

Total lost so far in May = 7 pounds (3.5kg) Goal this week = ONE more kilogram (2 pounds),

May Challenge

Well even though I have not done so well on the last two months challenges, I feel like May will be a better month. So here is to MAY! Starting weight on May 1, 2008:

322.2

5-8-08 = 319 (down 3.2 pounds)
5-15-08 = 316.4 (down 2.6 pounds)
5-22-08 = 315.4 (down 1 pound)
5-29-08 = 313.2 (down 2.2 pounds)

Ending Weight Fro May 313.2 down a total of 9 pounds for the month of May.

I'm really excited about life rightabout now! Even though my fiance of 4 years dumped me and school is right in the middle of finals week.
At least I can lose some weight... :)
