Let's try to lose 2 lbs per week for May!
Feel free to change the weigh in dates to suit your needs. Don't worry if you don't lose 2 lbs in a week, lose as much as you can!

23 May = 10st 01.0 i.e. 141.0 pounds (Total loss 4.6 pounds)
30 May = 10st 00.2 i.e. 140.2 pounds (Total loss 5.4 pounds)

Total Lost in May = 5.4 pounds - I am quite pleased with this as I am deep into a long term project.

Ok. I'm in! Summer is coming very soon and need to get my butt in gear for this month!! I would love to lose 10 lbs this month but I will be happy with 7!!! Good luck to everyone!

I will try to participate, but my starting weight is not as high so it is more difficult for me to lose 2 pounds per week... but it would be dreamy!!

I start on May 4rth because I weigh in on sundays.
Starting weight on May1st= 142 pounds
May 4rth= 141 pounds (-1lbs)
May 11th= 139 pounds (-2lbs) Yipi!
