Thanks dawson, I know what you mean. I actually ate probably around 1800-2000 calories today, along with that HIIT session. I know all to well the dangers of eating too little and its effects on metabolism... your point is well taken.
 
Pigs feet are downright nasty, along with tripe, heart, liver, and head cheese.
 
At the end of the day, i promise you all that i could out eat about 98% of people on this forum in one sitting.

Its a fact, i dont know anybody who can out eat me.

(just slight off topic i know, but it had to be said :D
 
amp just hit the gym hard and turn it all into muscle hehehe
