july 1,
first day off in a while! i slept till 1 in the afternoon andloved every second of it :) im gonna go play some tennis now with the boyfriend :) i really truly suck at it but i only played one time in my life haha we just play for fun. i am really sun burnt but i guess i was asking for it cuz i forgot to put on sun screen :eek: my meals have been good so far today...a little undereating occured cuz i slept so late but its ok cuz i never sleep late. so once in a while is good :) staying out of the gym probably for the next 3 days cuz i wanna get my butt outdoors and exercise :) hope everyone is having a great weekend!
 
I agree!!! I hate trying on clothes!!! Not only am I three sizes bigger than I used to be (was for 15 years), but I get to look at me without those huge clothes on...

That's why I never do. I pick what I think will fit, bring it home to MY mirror and then if they don't fit, bring them back. :p
 
haha aw im gladim not the only one who has a fear of fitting room mirrors haha.

well today i weighed myself and im back down to the normal 133 :) i guess it was just pre period bloat. i was very relieved. but actually instead of it being around 133.8...its 133.0!!!!! yay almost a pound lost! how was everyone's fourth of july!? Me and my bestfriend threw a last minute 4th of july bbq and hate to say it but i didnt really follow my diet at all yesterday but i was doing so good lately that i just relaxed yesterday :) i didnt do so bad...i had a small chocolate martini and some dirt cake ( my favorite thing ever) but it was just a nice night with friends and we went to see some fireworks.

Today im back to work with the kiddies :) and it feels so much like a monday!!!! It rained today so we didnt get to the pool. I learned that i have to start bringing my lunch because im sick of peanut butter and jelly....(all they have is bologna and ham and i dont eat red meat) but anyways....

i had a great workout today... i did arms and chest and back....and i did 30 min of pretty high intensity cardio.
