Standing Shldr Press - 5x5 - 85, 95, 105, 95, 95
BORs - 3x5 - 105, 115, 125 -- 2x3 - 135, 135

Wednesday 5x5

BB Squats - 155, 165, 175, 185, 195
Dips - BW, 10, 25, 25, 10
Pullups - BW-40, BW-30, BW-40 last 3 sets

Friday

Split Squats - 135, 155, 175, 185, 175
Inc. DB Bench - 55s, 60s for 3, 55s for last
superset
Renegade Rows - same as bench

Didn't feel like deadlifting this week. Supersetting the bench with the rows was rough, but enjoyable. Got sick over the weekend, so that is going to be a wrench in the plans for a bit. Gonna be hard to lift and eat everything. I have no appetite, and I feel like I can barely unzip my pants to take a leak...I hate being sick!
 
I did like a triples day on Monday. Only did 6x3, but whatever.

Split Squat - 135, 155, 175, 195, 205, 195
Standing Shldr Press - 95, 105, 115, 105, 105, 105
BORs - 115, 125, 135, 135, 135, 125

It was nice, then ran for 25 minutes. Gonna do some DLs tomorrow, dips, pullups, maybe more.
 
I don't know why I let my journal fall off, cause I know I sure haven't! Ha, anyways, just wanted to make an update.

Had an awesome workout today. Holy **** I love deadlifting. My old PR was 255, I double checked in the Deadlift Chart thread. I really need to do PR coming up soon, cause I was doing 265 for reps on my last set.

I did 5x5 and superset deads with standing military press.

Deadlift - 175, 205, 225, 245, 265
Mil Press - 95, 95, 100, 95, 95

Then superset pull-throughs and woodchops and did 3x10

Pull-Throughs- 100, 120, 150
Woodchops - 100, 120, 130

I was pretty damn wiped, but managed 3x5 on bent over row

BOR - 105, 115, 105

Then ran a couple miles to boot. I felt like I could destroy worlds today, it was awesome! I am addicted to deadlifting, I wish I could do that **** everyday.

Yeah, same here. I like squatting too, but I think deadlifts just come more natural to me. Something about picking up really heavy stuff is just fun.

Yessir, it's a Chevelle SS, I believe this one was a 1970. I can't say for sure if it was a 350, 396, cause I like to think it's a 454! BTW, it's just a picture I swiped from Google, such a sexy car...
 
I had a decent workout yesterday. Did power cleans, squats, renegade rows, and incline dumbbell presses.

Power Clean
2 reps @ 115
2 reps @ 135
2 reps @ 145
1 rep @ 155
3 reps @ 135
3 reps @ 135
3 reps @ 135

OK, so I'm a wuss, but I'll eventually put up some good numbers when my time comes.

Squats 4x6
135, 155, 165, 175
superset w/
Renegade Rows
55s for all 4 sets

Inc DB Press
55s in each hand for 4x6

Then ran 3 miles, 22 mins.

So my squat has definitely lost some of it's umph, that blows. I was doing 185 pounds with not problem at the tail end of my bulk, and now I'm struggling with 175. Oh well, 3 more weeks or so, and I'll start bulking again.
 
Pretty good workouts this week, don't even really remember the numbers.

Did deadlifts, mil presses, and BORs on Monday.

Did 20 rep squats with pullovers on Wednesday. Man, that **** had me sore yesterday, and still pretty bad today. I love it!

I think I'm gonna start designing my workout for my bulk that is going to start in a couple weeks.

Monday went well, maxed on deads for the hell of it.

Deadlifts
185 for 5 reps
225 for 5 reps
265 for 2
295 for 1
305 for 1
315 for 1
225 for 8
185 for 12
135 for 15

Incline DB press
2 sets of 5 with 50s in each hand
3 sets of 5 with 55s in each hand

BORs - 5 x 5
All sets with 100 lbs

So, this week, only 2 lifting days, the next one coming tomorrow. I did HIIT Tues and Thursday.

Cals are only at about 2,250 right now, going up to 2,550 next week. I am definitely doing it over the course of 3 weeks, because last bulk when I jump cals fast, it was a disaster.

Starting next week, I'll being doing MWF lifting days, with Tues and Thurs for HIIT. Monday is DLs, Mil Press, and BORs, Wed will be squats, dips, and pullups, and Fridays will be Power Cleans, Inc. DB Press, and Renegade Rows.

I'm just so exciting for a chance to do a bulk again. I like where I have my body right now...and I've got all my diet changes already planned out to creep up to just a bit over maintenance in 3 weeks...I can't wait to increase my numbers on DL, squat, and cleans!

Okay, Fridays are all of a sudden depressing because these lifts suck for me. I can't squat worth a ****, and I need 30 pounds of assistance to do pullups. Oh well, can only get better...I think...I hope...maybe.

Today is DLs, OH press, and BORs...can't wait.

My deadlift just keeps climbing, I love it. Last set though, had grip problems, after the first 3 reps, had to re-grip, then finished. Does it still count!? :D Other 2 lifts went well, just ran outta gas and couldn't get the 5th rep up on sets 4 and 5 for the OH Press...

I'm already making some improvements and I'm not even eating much. Although, I'm having grip problems on deadlifts. On my 285 and 295 sets, I had to re-grip after 3 reps before busting out the last 2.
