Here we go again

I am in

Starting Weight 332 (2-28-08)

Well it was a good week, I was down 2.2 pounds, even though I felt like it would be more I am extremely happy with what I have lost.

Well the week of 3-13-08 totally sucked, but I expected it. I was drinking way to much all weekend long. (St. Patrick Day Parade and Happy Hour are not a good way to lose weight.)

3-20-08, well I am down 5.6 pounds so really only 1 pound, because of the 4.6 pounds weight gain the previous week. So I hope I have some will power next week, because I am traveling to Houston for work and will most likely be eating out every night. Wish me luck on make good choices.

3-06-08 = 329.8 (-2.2)
3-13-08 = 334.4 (+4.6)
3-20-08 = 328.8 (-5.6)

(Seeing both march challenges are pretty similar will do both :p)

I have been waiting for this challenge lol

Start Weight (March 1) = 281
4 March = 278.2 (I weigh in Every Tuesday, I will fix this later)
11 March = 277.6 (Whoot whoot, down in weight and fitting in smaller shirts!! and I weighed myself with my clothes on!!)
18 March = 276.6 (exactly one pound down lol)
25 March = 277.4 (oy vey .. I went up just about one pound)
Finish Weight 31 March = 276.0


Total Lost in March = 276.0

2 LBS A WEEK MIGHT BE HARD, BUT WELL WORTH IT!!! I WILL BE HAPPY FOR 1 LB A WEEK. I JUST WANT TO BE OUT OF THE 150'S THIS MONTH.:party:

Sure, I'll try. Some weeks I've gotten way over 2lb and then there's others where I got none at all.

And don't you just HATE the weeks where on day 6 you are down 2lb++ but then on the 7th (and thus recording day) you go back to the start of the week weight? Haha.

For anyone interested I have been taking ECA stack for a week tomorrow. We will see the results of this for this month. Also I have been doing 4 miles on the tredmill every weekday and only eating like 1300 cals a day.

As I said, it's difficult for me to get to lose 2 lbs per week but I'm happy with what I've lost just the same! :D

Yeeah! I just started and already am getting good results. Since Feb28th I have done 23 miles on the tredmill at 4.0-4.3 speed. I also hope to run/walk the Crescent City Classic in New Orleans later this month.
