03 March = 175 lbs
10 March = 174 lbs (I wish it were more, but at least it's something!)
18 March = 174 lbs (Didn't lose, but at least I didn't gain. A little bummed out, but not discouraged)*
26 March = 169 (Holy cow! I chock it up to continuing to eat healthy foods, and being a bit under the weather = not much of an apetite.)*
31 March = 170 (gained 1lb, but I'm not too upset. I expected it after this weekend)
(I want to weigh in on Mondays so I adjusted my dates.)
TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS IN MARCH: 5lbs
It isn't 2lbs per week, but I'm still happy with it!
*Had to weigh in on Tueday, the 18th, instead of Monday due to medical procedure.
*Forgot to weigh in Monday, so it's Tuesday again instead.
