I didn't see one posted yet so here's a March challenge
Feel free to change the weigh in dates to suit your needs. Let's try to lose 2 lbs per week!

I had a rough Feb. I need to get back on track!!


Start Weight (March 1) = 246.6 lbs
7 March = 244.2 -2.4
14 March = 241.8 -2.4 -4.8 total
21 March = 240.6 -1.2 -6 total
Finish Weight 28 March = 239.8 -.8 -6.8 total


Total Lost in March =-6.8 total

I'll just work hard and hope for the best. I always get skewed weightloss though!


01 March = 11st 02.8lbs i.e. 156.8 pounds.....................................................Start Weight
07 March = 11st 03.0lbs i.e. 157.0 pounds (0.2 pounds total GAIN)
14 March = 11st 01.2lbs i.e. 155.2 pounds (1.6 pounds total LOSS)
21 March = 10st 12.8lbs i.e. 152.8 pounds (4.0 pounds total LOSS)
28 March = 10st 11.8lbs i.e. 151.8 pounds (5.0 pounds total LOSS)
31 March = 10st 11.0lbs i.e. 151.0 pounds.....................................................Finish Weight


Total Lost in March = 5.8 pounds :party:
Naturally I would like to lose more weight - but I am not sure that it is possible this deep into a long term project.
I worked hard consistently for this weight loss and am pleased with the results.

Alright. I'll do it. Although my weight loss seems to be going very slowly right now.

I'll give it a try...

03 March = 175 lbs
10 March = 174 lbs (I wish it were more, but at least it's something!)
18 March = 174 lbs (Didn't lose, but at least I didn't gain. A little bummed out, but not discouraged)*
26 March = 169 (Holy cow! I chock it up to continuing to eat healthy foods, and being a bit under the weather = not much of an apetite.)*
31 March = 170 (gained 1lb, but I'm not too upset. I expected it after this weekend)
(I want to weigh in on Mondays so I adjusted my dates.)

TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS IN MARCH: 5lbs
It isn't 2lbs per week, but I'm still happy with it! :)

*Had to weigh in on Tueday, the 18th, instead of Monday due to medical procedure.
*Forgot to weigh in Monday, so it's Tuesday again instead.

i will give it a try but i usually only lose a pound or 2 a month so we shall see ;)

I'm in, though I rarely lose more than 1 lb per week. Slow but steady :D
I'll use the challenge to keep me motivated.

I'm doing to too! Except I might guess that March 31 weigh in will be maybe up a little because that is the day that I get home from Costa Rica. Actually maybe it will be down because I have 10 days of lots of activity on a school trip. I will be chasing around 33 high school students! lol So it will be interesting...
I am actually going to put my last weigh in as April 1, because that will be the morning after my first sleep at home.
