LV's "Anything it Takes" shake

There is a recipe in the Gourmet Nutrition book for deep dish pizza. Havent tried it yet though.

Where can i get this book?? I've asked around a bit, and no one seems to have it! Who is it by?

I have a recipe for a "Thai Shrimp Flatbread", which is sort of pizza-like. I was very surprised how good it was, and very different tasting... I'll post it if i can track it down....

I can even go as far as to highly recommend the entire Precision Nutrition package. I have no regrets whatsoever about dishing out the cash, even though all it really did was solidify knowledge I had already gained, partly from John Berardi's free articles.
 
You wanna know what's really gross?

Mixing 2 scoops of ON French Vanilla Whey with a red powerade. Talk about the most disgusting thing you've ever had in your life. It was nasty but neccessary. =/

Also, I give props to anyone who can shovel a scoop of Creatine Ethyl Ester into their mouth and swallow it down with their saliva. I always have water on hand to mix it with but I know the days going to come when I'm all dry.

If anyone here takes Creatine Ethyl Ester with water they will know what I'm talking about.
