LV's "Anything it Takes" shake

I wanted to share this with you guys as well....works like a charm! :D

When your in your car and realize you have all your food for the day packed however you have forgotton your shaker you should do the following.....

1. Grab an empty water bottle in your car
2. Grab a fork out of your bag that you packed for your next meal.
3. Stab the water bottle repeatedly with the fork until you have punctured the bottle.
4. Rip the bottle in half and pour some water and 1 scoop of whey in it.
5. Stir with fork and enjoy.

The final product.....

LOL THAT WHEY SHAKE LOOKS MORE ORANGE THAN CHOCOLATE!!! there was one situation that i brought a ziplock baggie with a scoop of whey in it. i put water in the ziplock bag, shook it up, bit a hole in the bottom corner of the bag and drank up right there.
 
LOL I thought this thread would be a new shake recipe...

But here's my question: is there some reason why the tiny granules of whey powder wouldn't fit thru the normal opening of the water bottle and you couldn't just put the lid back on and shake it up that way?!? :p

Yea, the scooper is to wide and the whey would just spill over. I tried to find some paper in my car to make a funnel out of but I couln't find any so this had to do. :)
 
I tried it once, the pizza recipe in Gourmet Nutrition that is, no variation. It's good, GOOD. :D

I'm not really the fanboy type, but John Berardi makes me tingle.

Also, yeah, chris, it does look like a lot like ****, since you mentioned it. Ahahahah. Good stuff, LV.

Ha Lee I have to say without a doubt that is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen.

Worst thing I have done is oatmeal, powder and water in the car. The oatmeal was..chewy to say the least.
 
If you have never attempted to just eat the protein powder, you can't call yourself a bbr or plr
 
Awesome. I've since perfected the art, and can take 20g down in under 30 seconds.
