no goals, no dieting

Well, I can safely say that i'm on the right road. I've reached my goal for this week and i feel fine. I'm going to weigh at the end of the month again. My food log isn't as interesting as some i've seen around... so that's why i didn't feel the need to write down the details... basically it was fruit and nuts.

I think this journaling is defeating the purpose, which for me is to get out of the dieting mode and into life mode. And keeping a food diary doesn't fit on the plate anymore.

I can't say that i'm not active... gym or cycling every day... and my diet is great, i'm not missing anything or craving anything. i feel balanced and healthy. So there's no danger of weight gain. Weight loss will probably happen when it happens... I don't need to live by the numbers on the scale anymore.

I've decided a natural diet is the best... basically what i've been eating for the past 2 weeks, and the occassional cooked meal at a restaurant some time.

So i guess i'll be going now! over and out!
