Doing great, auralee!!! In the 120s!!!
 
HW: 164.4 lbs
SW; 141.0 lbs
CW: 142.6 lbs
GW: 135.0 lbs

Well obviously I gained 1.6 pounds this month. But I was distracted. In Aug I’m concentrating on my diet more.
 
Hey Vicincali2 .... your doing great with your weight lose goals every month/week isn't the same some weeks/month your more than likely to lose more or vice a versa than previous weeks as long your sticking to a healthy meal plan that consists less carbs and high in fibre/protiens you'll be fine. Just stay persistant and think of the end result a key motivation. Most importantley drink enough water, water increases metabolism and can help with weight loss.
