I'm at 198.8 lbs. The last 4 weeks I've been 203, 199, 196 and 200 and I track my weight loss on a 4-week cycle (because I always gain on the week after my monthly-visitor) so tonight at my weigh-in I will see if I lost or plateaued. 197 is the number I'm looking for this week. 198 to 200 I would consider a plateau. 201 or higher would be a gain.
I did okay with my nutrition but definitely have not done my exercises consistantly. I definitely need to step up my game. Tonight I shall see.
