Hi Everyone,

I am new to the forum and also I know I am late for joining up for this, but hope you don't mind if I start from today.

Starting weight: 81.9 kilos (if someone tells me how to convert to pounds I will then post in pounds going forward).
Halfway weight: 78 kilos
Goal weight: 75 kilos

Do you think this is reasonable and doable? I haven't really done anything like this before and am not sure what to expect. My wedding anniversary is on 13 February (nine years) so that is a real motivator for me.

And what days do you do the weigh ins? Do I start from today (being thursday for me) ir do you have a nominated day - eg, mondays?

2.2 pounds to the kilo. A pound is actually 454 grams, if you want to be more precise.

Do you think this is reasonable and doable?

Yeah, I think it's reasonable and doable. Not easy, but not so hard that it would be impossible to sustain.

And what days do you do the weigh ins?

Weigh-ins are Wednesdays (if you copy and paste from someone else's sign-up into your own, it'll have the weigh-in dates on it). So today's weight is your start weight, and then you weigh in next Wednesday.
