Would anyone be interested in starting a long-term Valentine's Day Challenge?
Yesterday was 3 months exactly until Valentines Day 2008 so it could be nice to start something early...for awesome results by then.
DETAILS
--> There will be 13 weigh-in's after you post your starting weight by the end of the week
--> You will need to set a realistic goal for yourself
--> A points system will be introduced to keep track of who is doing what
--> The two weeks around Christmas and New Years will be a tough period. Thats why hard work will be rewarded with points earned being doubled at that time!

Remember to BE REALISTIC. You have 13 weeks/three months. Players will be able to enter this challenge until the end of the month - after that no more entrants will be allowed. Those who enter early are clearly at an advantage.

POINTS SYSTEM
2 points per 15 minutes of exercise
3 points for every 0.5lbs lost
5 points for every 1lb lost
2.5 points for every 1% of Total Body Weight Lost --> These points are only added at the half-way mark, as well as at the last weigh in - so when doing weekly points just ignore this.
The same points go for WEIGHT GAINED.
-3 points for every 0.5lbs gained
-5 points for every 1lb gained
If Total Body Weight Lost increases, you simply get 0 points at the halfway mark.

Percentage of Total Weight Lost: (Total Weight Loss divided by Starting Weight x 100) --> You only earn points for this at the halfway mark, as well as the final weigh-in...so keep it updated for now, but don't add any points for it just yet.
