Living, eating, exercising to no avail

Dear 27 year old unable to lose weight. First and foremost look at the nutritional values in those bars and protein shakes you are using. There is one hard and fast rule to follow on protein and carbs. A DIET HIGH IN PROTEIN AND LOW IN CARBS MEAN WEIGHT LOSS. A DIET HIGH IN PROTEIN AND HIGH IN CARBS WILL MAKE YOU GAIN WEIGHT. This is why weight trainers eat so many carbs in their muscle milk. You are doing adequate exercise so you should be losing weight fast. I do not recommend an all protein diet because after a certain time period your body will crave sweets and you will gain all your lost weight back. are u sure shes eating enough for her activity level? Sometimes not eating enough will make ur body retain as well.
