yep, we all have our bad days, lisa. be sure you give that knee a break for awhile. dont want to injure yourself.

MIN 16: 3.5 for 30 sec, then back up to 5.0

MIN 20: 6.7 I tried to get up to 7.0 but couldn't do it.
