Thoughts-
Worked on Peruvian Neck-Tie. Need to work this more since I find myself sprawling on opponent a lot with head+arm. Sit back when triangle mount, sit lower onto opponent's chest. leaning forward=opponent escape.

Squat form better today. Assist/supp work was tough.

Thoughts-
Need to dial in diet and nutrition. Especially preworkout. I get lazy and go to the gym on virtually an empty stomach, I belive this leads me to being weaker than normal

BO rows are a lot harder than I remembered.
Last set of DL's was pretty ugly.
Ring dips were tough, probably due to the weighted ones done on weds.

Need to get back into the grappling mindset.
 
Thanks everyone. Yeah the dips at BW are too easy. The weight I added wednesday was pretty taxing in that my pec injury started coming out when I tried to push it on friday.

Shoot, for sure I need to do more rows. I just get tired after the 100 pullups/week so I always think it's enough. I need to balance horiz/vert push/pull

GRAUWUWUWUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU.

Pullups were very hard. Haven't eaten much all week. Haven't done anything except sit on this comp looking for a room on craigslist and traveling 70 miles to see the places. Also, getting really, really high.

Son i am disappoint when it comes to looking for a new pad. Found an awesome one, was 14 hours too late when contacting the owners. First come, first serve...goddamnit.

Anyway, no longer doing 5/3/1 until I can get some consistent gym time. Golds membership expired, so now I'm sneaking into my former community college getting my gym time in.

Also just wondering whether your improving much on your OH Pressing? It's a lift that i'm becoming more obsessed with lately ;)
 
Over the summer I've smoked quite a bit. Once school picks up, I don't imagine I will continue with it until I'm back on break. How about you BigT? Any good bud in the UK?

I've been focusing on the military press a lot recently. I like Wendler's 5/3/1 because I felt pretty strong on it, but honestly I only did like 2/3 of one cycle so I don't know.

As for the OHP, I am kind of excited to see how m.pressing has translated to the push press.
 
Yea, too strong for me nowadays....Used to smoke it daily from ages 15-17 but messed too much with my weak mind! So i'll only touch the white powder in moderation ;)

I suggest you get push pressing! There's me, Typhon, i think FF, and JohnnySolo who are working on this...Good to check each others progress.
