Sport Lean Cuisine = bad?

Sport Fitness
I pu the time and effort every night to make my meals for work the next day. I make something that looks visually appealing, and is something that I wouldn't pass up to have fast food over.

Or, if you really want fast food, make your own meals in a healthier form and bring it to work for lunch.

Yeah, that's no problem. I had been avoiding rice though... I thought it was bad for you. Starchy foods are ultimately stored as fat, no? I guess one serving wouldn't hurt. I did have some white rice last night with chicken and veggies over it, God it was to die for. I figured if I love it that much, it must be bad, LOL.

Try brown rice. . .it's starchy, but you get a lot of good things in trade that you don't get with white rice. It's also got more flavor to it naturally--so it's yummy AND good for you.

ill be straight up i didnt read through this whole post, but i think they arent the greatest..ussually precooked foods arent that great for you, and neither are frozen meals, stick to something you can cook urself and store in ur fridge for no more than a week, or if frozen at least its home made and not processed food.

I don't know what your goals are but if one of them is to lose weight, then you MUST drink at least 2 ltr of water every day. It's great if you're not thirsty. When you're thirsty it means you're already dehydrated. You have to drink when you are NOT thirsty to AVOID dehydration.

Plus you should be meeting your calorie requirements from proper food and not sugary drinks.

I don't really want to lose weight, maybe just a few pounds. I am 5' 6" and fluctuate between 110-115 pounds. I just want to lose some fat and gain some muscle, so I should stay around the same weight. I count every calorie that goes in my mouth now. Since I cut out fast food, the most calories I have been able to consume (with eating every 2 hours) is 1200, and that's on a good day. Some days I get maybe 800 calories. Or none, like today because I'm too sick from my migraine with nausea and vomiting to eat... and I'm not going to drink either, because it's coming right back up. This happens at least once a week, so I am starting a new medication to prevent them. That's another story all together.

All the food choices I have picked are so low in calories, it's hard to get the 1700 I'm supposed to have. As for drinking water, I drink maybe 2-3 cups every day, enough to keep me hydrated while sedentary. If I added something like Crystal Light like someone suggested, I could probably drink more. But if I remember correctly, I think Crystal Light tastes like aspartame, and I hate that sickly sweet taste. We'll see, I'll get it all figured out eventually.

I always tell people not to eat anything that comes pre-packaged and requires microwaving. Not only does it usually contain harmful preservatives and high sodium levels, but by microwaving your food it actually changes its molecular structure a bit. It will increase cholesterol and white blood cell numbers, decrease red blood cell numbers & cause production of radiolytic compounds which can be harmful for your body. Most importantly to those that work out, it destabilizes active protein biomolecular compounds.

If I were you I would pack a sandwhich, salad, or something else that isn't 'microwavable'.
