My food last 2 days
Breakfast:
2 weetabix + milk+honey
Snack: 1apple
Lunch: Fish cake, mashed potato + mayo, slice of bread, salad, yogurt
Snack: 1 rich tea + 1 bourbon biscuit
Dinner: Same as lunch but no bread
Breakfast: 2 toasts with margarine + jam
Snack: 1 pear
Dinner: shepherd’s pie, roast potatoes, cabbage, carrots, peas, mashed potato, gravy
Apple crumble+ cream (that's typical care home menu)
Snack: 1 pear, 2 custard cream biscuits
Dinner: spaghetti with tomato souse, 100 g. feta cheese
yogurt
I am still doing bootcamp exercises every day. this will give me about 60 min from our 100 min. Then planning to go walking for 40 min on Friday (maybe even jogging).
I am so tired and busy because I work lots of extra shifts.
My scales were so cruel this morning showing 2 pounds up over night! Just like that! WIth no reason at all!
