Weight-Loss Lazy days of summer Team C

Weight-Loss
No I thought you were being supportive :) But I just didn't want you all to think I was being lazy or not trying hard enough. And I will be able to do more once my weight is down more.
 
My food last 2 days

Breakfast:
2 weetabix + milk+honey
Snack: 1apple
Lunch: Fish cake, mashed potato + mayo, slice of bread, salad, yogurt
Snack: 1 rich tea + 1 bourbon biscuit
Dinner: Same as lunch but no bread


Breakfast: 2 toasts with margarine + jam
Snack: 1 pear
Dinner: shepherd’s pie, roast potatoes, cabbage, carrots, peas, mashed potato, gravy
Apple crumble+ cream (that's typical care home menu)
Snack: 1 pear, 2 custard cream biscuits
Dinner: spaghetti with tomato souse, 100 g. feta cheese
yogurt

I am still doing bootcamp exercises every day. this will give me about 60 min from our 100 min. Then planning to go walking for 40 min on Friday (maybe even jogging). :)

I am so tired and busy because I work lots of extra shifts.

My scales were so cruel this morning showing 2 pounds up over night! Just like that! WIth no reason at all!

Hope you guys are doing well, dont give up!
 
Don't despair fluffy! You know you can't gain two pounds over night, has to be water retention or something. What are custard cream biscuits? I love custard! Good job on the exercise.
 
Hey guys, scale's not bein nice to me this week but there's other factors at work here. I'm sure the weight loss will show up here in a few days when I'm not retaining water.
 
Here's my food for the last 3 days:

Breakfast: musli, milk, honey
Snack: none
Lunch: Stir fry chicken + veg + mushrooms, 1 slice of bread
2 yogurts
Snack: 1 apple
Second snack: 2 reach tea biscuits
Dinner: 4 corn crackers, 70 g mozzarella cheese, salad and
2 big sweets - something like wafers with some filling, not sure what it was.

Breakfast: 2 toasts with margarine+jam
Snack: 1 apple and then a major binge – 6 custard cream biscuits and 2 rich tea biscuits. OMG!!!
Dinner – sweet and sour pork supposed to be with rice but rice finished and had to eat it with 3 scoops mashed potato (yuk), sponge cake + cream
Snack: none
Dinner: none

Breakfast: 1 weetabix + some musli, milk, honey
Snack: 1 pear
Lunch: 2 bacon sandwiches, 1 kitkat, 1 iced coffee
Snack : 3 rich tea biscuits
Dinner: salad+ ¼ naan bread, small piece of cheese, lemon sponge cake , 2 rich tea biscuits

As for exercise I still do the small bootcamp videos every day. Also yesterday I walked to work - 1 hour 30 min, lovely weather, enjoyed it.

I have been lucky with the scales as well.

So I got on the scale today and it showed me down 4lbs from yesterday ;/ A day too late to get us any credit but I knew I was retaining water.

Anyway I don't think I'm ready for challenges yet since I'm not able to exercise. I just end up feeling bad every week about what I can't do instead of focusing on what I AM doing. Thanks though and good luck.
 
Hello guys,

I completely scewed up these last 3 days. I dont know what to report about my food. It's gonna be easier to write what I haven't eaten. You name it, I ate it! :-(

I was on the verge of pulling out but I won't! So I am back and I will strive to complete the exercises and be back on track this week!


Douknowjello, I know exactly how you feel! Believe me! So I do not blame you for leaving the challenge! But there is still time to come back and there is no pressure to complete 100 mins. 5 min would be fine for us.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I'm attempting to take up the ball and keep running with this challenge - so if any of you are still interested, please refer back to the main thread for the new challenge!! We're also going to dissolve the teams as a lot of people have dropped out over the weeks.
