Weight-Loss Last Minute Challenge!

Weight-Loss
Now I get to eat my own words. Clothes are getting loser this week despite the dreaded water weight gain:smash::smash: It's all good though. Look forward to next week to really gauge what's gone on this week. Pretty certain I'll be close to or at the 10 lb goal for the month! woohoo!

Hope everyone did well over the last 4wks! This was my 1st challenge I kept up with and I did pretty well! :grouphug:

My goal: Stick to better eating habits, a challenge, and going to the gym at least every Sun, Tues, and Thurs for 1 month. ANY weight loss would be an outstanding bonus!

Good Luck everyone :hurray: ! We can do it!

Updates:

Wk 1. Went to gym Sun, Tue, and Thu, even went for a walk one extra day.
Confession: I had 1 whole cheat day where I had Ihop for breakfast and Pizzahut for lunch/dinner, and a soda later in the week and half a burger today.

Hey congrats you! We lost about the same amount this month and are at almost identical places(I finished the challenge at 208). I notice by your weigh ins you have a similar pattern to me. I usually have 2 good weeks of weight loss where I probably drop 6-8 lbs and then 2 weeks where I'm lucky to drop a pound or 2. I'm finding they are related to my monthly cycle and was wondering if you found any correlation either. Incidentally my best 2 weeks were AFTER TOM and then the last 2 weigh ins were either during PMS or TOM and I seem to do horribly with weight loss during that time.

Hmmm, I dont know. My last TOM was unexpected (I'm on depo, went 2 months without it), hell I dont even remember when I started or finished lol. But I do know that over the last 2-3 wks I've been sticking to healthier eating habits, more so then when I 1st started so I think that helped alot. Since this was just my 1st month, I should be able to really notice what type of trend my body holds.

I think it's a pretty good idea to know your body's trends, then you can kinda know whats going on if you plateau or spike, I'll keep this in mind.
