Alright, summer is coming to an end and some of us will be going back to school very soon. I understand that not everyone in this forum is experiencing summer right now, and probably half of us do not go to school.... but I started this thread so hah!
I want to go back to school and my friends see me for the first time in 5 months and have their jaws drop. An example of what my friend wrote to me today through msn:

I have kept this a secret and have actually made it sound like I have, and with this being the last month before I see everyone, I have to push through it as hard as I can.
Some of us in this forum have slipped in the last little while. It's almost like July came and the road suddenly turned rocky. Some of us have had some really bad days/weekends in the last month or so, and some of us have had trouble sticking to healthy eating and/or consistent exercise.
IT IS A NEW MONTH!! Lets get focused and leave behind all of our slip ups. This will be the month of refocusing, or just getting focused for the first time. Let's push through this month and come out of it with a BANG and some great new appreciations for ourselves!
Rules:
1: Weigh-in will be every Friday because I like Friday
2: Weigh-in the first and last day of the month.
August 1: 135 lbs

Good luck everyone. Lets accomplish goals we've wanted to see for soo long!!
