elaborate on strength training please....and dont worry guys im usally stuffing my face but since ive been sick i wasnt so hungry but im feeling better\

breakfast- coffee nothing else
had to run to class sorry sorry !!!

3 turkey burgs w/ lettuce, tomato, little ketchup, cheese- no breadddd =****((

9..just now finished a jello...uurrrrggggg

i despiseeee jello..its so awful is like sugary crappy crap and it reminds me of the fat that floats to the top of soup or something when its in the refigerator i cant waitttt to have cottage cheese but i cant right now cause it makes my asthma act up too much when im sick

its so depressing that i actually want cottage cheese...

and plus me n my b.f decided..he decided....no cheat day until next weekend so im probably gonna die

on the plus side i went to try on clothes today and my tummy looked flat

for my arms or w/ squats n abs too n how much weight?? sorry = / ...I know absolutely nothing about weight training..also for arms..ive never ever worked out my arms at all so they are pretty weak n i was always scared of getting bulky..someone on here said to define and not add any bulk lift heavy weights??
 
weekend..no working out frday good on diet...saturday not too bad
had wendy's grilled chicken sandwich without the bread then for dinner my b/fs mom cooked cause people came over..had a slice n 1/2 pork roast..salad..small scoop of rice 3 roasted potato cubes and for dessert a slice ( not small =) ) of cake thing...better then i usually would have done i held bac...sunday..did good all day but end of the day i did bad and remembered we had girlscout f***in cookies in the cabinet...3 tagalongs and 3 little brownie cookies at least these were really small

monday:

lunch:
coldcuts
3 slices of roastbeef
3 turkey
3 cheese

jello sugar free

1tagalong 1browni cooki..=( !!!!

about 2 tbsp. of peanut butter at least thats wut i estimate sticking my finger in the jar a few times equals out too..heheeeee =)

The workout itself:
11 exercises--25 reps of each exercise in this order:
In and Outs (picture being in boat pose and moving your legs in and out)
Bicycle-Same as in and outs but with a bicyle movement
Bicycle in reverse
Crunchy Frog- In and outs with your hands out at your sides bringing them in and wrapping your legs close to your chest
Fifer Scissors-lying on your back one leg hovering over the floor, one up and a 90degree angle both feet flexed and changing them scissor style
Hip Rock and Raise-sort of reverse crunches
Pulse-ups/Heels to Heaven-Reverse crunches with straight legs
V-up roll ups-Similar to a teaser
Obliques-side lying lifting legs and shoulder up at same time, kind of an oblique crunch
Leg climbs-lying on back one leg bent, one leg extended rolling up to top
Mason twist-Oblique twists done VERY quickly with legs raised up off the floor"

No cardio..im so bored w/ the treadmill anyone know a good high intensity cardio video?
 
na..thats a good idea tho..i have the ab bootcamp one but not th reg. cardio one..thanks =)

and a question for everyone...i need some type of natural appetite suppressant cause lately ive been ridiculously hungry and cravinggggg chocolate ..i hear green tea pills work..also water but when im craving chocolate and i drink water it doesnt seem to do the trick =) any suggestions??
 
well i cant stop eating chocolate..today i had a pretty small chocolate bar w/ pb inside n..if that wasnt enough i opened the bag of baking...yes baking chocolate chipsss and ate some..o lord..well they were that good milk ghardelli chocolate so its not like i poured cocoa powder into my mouth...but that may b next
 
well we dont keep any junk in the house..my moms always been healthy..i was the kid w/ an apple when everyone else was eatin fruit roll ups lol..but once in a while we'll have something there just like the baking chips but 7-11 is right around the corner so if i want chocolate its not too difficult hehe..buttt today i relized why i dont pig out on chocolate all the time cause it makes me break out..lil cluster of pimples ..so im done for now=)

sparrow..i looked up taebo on youtube yesterday and tried it ( the tape was only for 8 min.) but i really like it! Its great cardio and def. worked my abs..legs..arms..etc! and i <3 billy !!!haha he wears those ridiculous outfits but he doesnt piss me off at all..which is hard to find in fitness tapes ..thanks again girli

At one point they got me in the best shape I've ever been in my life. You're right about the outfits. hahahahaha. but he is sweet :)

ya im here, but ive been so weird on my diet.. so didnt want to write all the random foods. i been working out on n off. im about to join the gym tho they just opened a newyork sports club by me n i wanna join cause its so prettyyy

Lol thats funny. Where are you at? Paramus I thought or you just worked in Paramus that one day? If the gym is in Bergen County, the NYSC up here charges $85/mo. If you're closer to Passaic I would go to a gym there. I know LA Fitness is $40.
