Kimberly's Diary - here goes nothin!

Doin this a little late, yesterday was a very full day.
Breakfast: Oats and more cereal and milk - 300

Lunch: Fruit Smoothie - 250

Dinner: Smart ones Pizza Sandwich and one taco - 400
Dessert - grape lollipop - about 100 or so

Took my viactic calcium caramel chews - 60
Took weight smart vitamin pill
Ortho and prozac too

I did not eat enough yesterday - total - 1010
Exercise - 60 min on eliptical machine, 150 crunchies, arm work and some leg
water - not enough about 50 ounces

Dinner: Smart ones spaghetti marinera - 250 or so i think, shouldn't be more
lite chips - 150
took viactiv calcium caramel chews - 60
total: 1210

Exercise: 60 min on eliptical, a lot of arm work, a little leg work. 100 crunchies
Water: i really need to drink more, 50 ounces
Took my pills
