Hells yeah! It's all about the gunz! But yeah...I've never done negatives before and my chest felt like it got really hard after that.

**totally off program but wanted to do something a bit different as the snatches felt a bit heavy...prob from working up heavy front squats on the legs...speed was a bit slow and I was sore.

**I'll have to get some pics of the new gym I'm working out at. It's not really a gym but the training area for the athletes at the high school I'm student teaching at. Has all the bells and whistles--oly platforms, bumper plates, glute-ham raise machines, new power racks, new benches, etc etc etc
